1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the YLLO Shots online shop by consumers in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By completing the order process, you are submitting a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping
Shipping is handled by Hermes.

6th delivery
Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days.
You will be notified of any delivery delays via email.
7. Payment
The shop offers common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna or instant bank transfer.
The payment will be processed immediately after order confirmation.
8. Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

9. Returns
Returns are only possible for unopened products.
The customer bears the return shipping costs in accordance with our return policy.
10. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
11. Liability
The statutory liability provisions of the EU apply.
We are not liable for improper storage or use outside our control.

13. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
