We generally process your order within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is handled by the following, depending on the destination country, delivery address, and availability:

Delivery Area
We deliver to the EU countries available at checkout.
If a country cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
Delivery Time
Delivery generally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page or at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed before you finalize your order at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, provided it is available for your shipment.
Cancellation & Returns
Consumers generally have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, unless a legal exception applies.
YLLO does not offer free returns or free return labels for standard cancellations.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

After declaring your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the statutory period.
For certain food products, a legal exception to the right of withdrawal may apply, particularly for perishable goods or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

Right of Withdrawal
You generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In the case of an order for multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the final item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You may use our model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract effectively, we will generally refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our most economical standard delivery.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our most economical standard delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds will generally be issued within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will generally use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We will not charge you any additional fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Returning goods
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must send the goods back immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal.

The return period is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
For a standard withdrawal, we do not provide a free return label.
Your statutory rights regarding defective, incorrectly delivered, or damaged goods remain unaffected.
Loss of value of the goods
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for examining their nature, properties, and functionality.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist where a statutory exception applies.
This may apply in particular to:
- goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
Whether such an exception applies to a specific product is determined by legal requirements.
