We will ship your order within 1-2 working days.

Returns & refunds

You can return unopened products within 14 days.

Important:

  • Returns are only possible for unopened products.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened products.
  • You, as the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs:

  • 🇦🇹 Austria: €4.90
  • 🇩🇪 Germany: €8.90

After receiving and inspecting the unopened goods, we will refund you the amount within 14 days to the original payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration:

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you.
